CO2 Performance Ladder

M+P consulting engineers are certified for the highest level of the CO2 Performance Ladder (step 5). We are very proud of that. In achieving this level we demonstrate that our company consciously deals with the emission of CO2 and that we manage this as an organization.

M+P level 5 on the CO2 Performance Ladder

The CO2 Performance Ladder is an instrument to encourage companies that participate in tenders to act in a CO2-conscious manner within their own business as well as the execution of projects. This mainly concerns energy saving, efficient use of materials and the use of sustainable energy.

The ladder is a concrete elaboration of the aim for a single, clear and accessible instrument for sustainability when awarding contracts. The instrument is used mostly in complex tenders. The objective of the ladder is that efforts are rewarded. A higher score on the ladder results in a concrete advantage in the tender process. The result is shown on the  certificate, for M+P: step 5.
